The Olivaio is a very spacious apartment located on the second floor, accessible from the large terrace via a wide external staircase. Already from here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Chianti mountains and the Arno valley.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa corner with reading chair. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for two people in case of need. A B&O television with satellite TV reception and also the stereo system with the possibility to connect a smartphone are available for your media needs. In any case, inside and outside the apartment you can receive Internet via WiFi (free of charge).

Selected furniture gives the apartment a special atmosphere - for example, an antique secretary is also part of it. A round dining table with four chairs and above it a chandelier with crystals are matching.

The Tuscan-style kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, glasses and crockery. You will not lack for anything!

The high-quality furnishings of the bedroom with the wrought-iron bed (180x200 cm) and two single mattresses guarantee a restful night's sleep. From here you can look out over the nearby village of Moncioni and the Chianti mountains.

The bathroom, with its hand-decorated tiles, offers a luxurious travertine vanity with two sinks and large golden mirror, as well as a spacious shower. The toilet, sink and bidet are Villeroy & Boch ceramic.

On your private sitting area on the large communal panoramic terrace you can both start the day wonderfully with an excellent breakfast or end it with a glass of Chianti - in any case, here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Chianti mountains and the wide Arno Valley.
