Booking confirmation / Rental agreement / Rental price

 

The rental contract comes into effect with your confirmation. 

 

If you book yourself, you confirm and pay the full price by credit card.

 

If you have sent us a booking request and we have sent you an offer according to your wishes, we will send you a deposit invoice for 50% of the rental price after receiving your confirmation and an invoice for the rest about 6 weeks before your arrival.

 

 

Arrival, departure times / number of persons and additional costs

 

We kindly ask you to take over your apartment between 5 and 7 pm on the day of arrival and to leave it by 10 am on the day of departure. Please understand that the number of persons indicated for the respective apartment may not be exceeded.

 

Please contact us by email if you would like to come with a larger family or group. We will find solutions.

 

The rental price includes all additional costs for electricity, water, bed linen, towels, pool loungers and sun beds, TV, internet and WLAN in each apartment, parking on the property, final cleaning. Not included are extra towel/linen change, pets, extra persons, heating - if necessary. These costs are to be paid on the spot.

 

 

Liability / Cancellation / Complaints

 

We are liable for the proper fulfillment of the contractually agreed services. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for service disruptions in the area of local utilities (e.g. electricity, water, telephone, internet). If the contract has to be terminated for reasons of force majeure or change of ownership, we can only refund the amounts already paid.

 

 

Cancellation 2023/24

 

Also for 2024 cancellations will only be charged from 14 days before the start of the rental period, namely 90% in the first week or the total rental price in the second week. Prior to this, no cancellation fee is payable. Deposits already paid will be refunded. 

 

If a booked stay is not possible, we are happy to offer a postponement to a later period in the same year or a postponement to the following year.

 

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Illness, accidents, traffic problems or the urgent need to be present in business can make a planned vacation trip impossible, even shortly before it is planned. Travel cancellation insurance relieves you of unnecessary expenses in many of these cases.

If you notice any defects in the rental property when you receive the keys or during your rental period, please notify us immediately.
