It was not a corporate mission statement that brought us here. It was simply a long-term passion that brought us here, in 2000, when we started to renovate the estate.
We have always been attracted by the lust for life of the „Italianità“, which combines kitchen, cellar and culture and ties them with strong social interaction.
Another cornerstone is our aspiration for high quality, which should be noticable from apartment design to the gourmet dinner at the table d‘hôte.
Eventually, we strive to live in harmony with nature and to use resources economically. This is also the reason why our olive oil is produced from certified organic cultivation, and why we are only using high quality, preferably local products, in our kitchen.
